1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Cloudify Certifications (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Cloudify offers timed online certification exams covering AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud topics. On passing, Cloudify issues a digital certificate with a unique credential ID and a public verification page.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to take an exam. You are responsible for ensuring the name and email submitted at checkout are accurate; certificates are issued exactly as entered.
4. Exam conduct
You agree to take exams personally, without unauthorized assistance or aids. Cloudify may revoke any credential obtained through fraud, sharing, automated tools, or other misconduct.
5. Fees and payment
Exam fees are listed in US dollars on each exam page and processed by Stripe. Each payment grants one exam attempt. Retakes require a new payment.
6. Credentials
Cloudify credentials are issued by Cloudify Certifications and are independent of credentials issued by AWS, Microsoft, or Google. Cloudify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.
7. Intellectual property
All exam questions, content, branding, and software are the property of Cloudify Certifications. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any portion of the Service without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cloudify does not guarantee that taking an exam will result in employment, salary changes, or any specific outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloudify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected exam.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
