We collect the name and email you submit at checkout (used on your certificate and for delivery), your exam answers and score, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser information for security and analytics.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy practices govern the data they collect — see stripe.com/privacy.
3. How we use data
We use your information to issue and verify credentials, deliver receipts, prevent fraud, improve the Service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data.
4. Public verification
When a credential is issued, the verification page (accessible only with the unique credential ID) displays the certified person's name, certification, issue date, and score. This is required for employers to verify the credential.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies for site functionality and basic privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
6. Data retention
Credential records are retained indefinitely so verification continues to work. Other personal data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@cloudifycertifications.com. Note that deleting credential records will also disable public verification of any certificates you have earned.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and strict access controls on production systems.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
