Overview
Cloudify Certifications is committed to fair, transparent pricing. This policy explains when an exam fee can be refunded.
Eligible refunds
You may request a full refund if you have not yet started the timed exam. To qualify, no questions in the exam may have been opened.
Non-refundable cases
Once the timed exam is started, the attempt is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. This mirrors the policy of every major certification provider, since exam content is delivered the moment the timer begins.
Failed attempts
Failed exam attempts are not refunded. You will receive a domain-by-domain performance breakdown so you can prepare and purchase a retake.
How to request a refund
Email support@cloudifycertifications.com from the address used at checkout, including the receipt or order ID. Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
If you believe an exam attempt was disrupted by a technical issue on our end, contact support within 7 days of the attempt. We review each case individually and may issue a refund or a free retake.
